What things cost: a video is 1 credit per 5 minutes, a question is 1 credit and a comment analysis is 6. Reopening a video in your library and searching your library are free. Local tax is added at checkout outside the UK, US and Canada.
Pro is £8 a month in the UK, US$8 in the US, and €8 in the euro area. Everywhere else it's US$8, charged in your local currency at checkout, with any local tax added. Why is the price different where I live?
Pro is the same 8 a month in your currency: pounds in the UK, dollars in the US and euros in the euro area. Everywhere else it's US$8, converted to your local currency at checkout, with any local tax added.
How does billing work?
Pro is a monthly subscription. You pay at the start of each month and it renews automatically until you cancel. We tell you at least 30 days before any price change.
How do I cancel?
Open the extension and go to Account → Manage subscription, or email skryve.support@gmail.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Our full policy is on the refunds and cancellation page, including your 14-day rights if you live in the UK or EU.
How do credits work?
Everything that uses AI spends credits from one balance: a video is 1 credit per 5 minutes, a question is 1 credit and a comment analysis is 6. Reopening a video already in your library and searching your library are free. You can see your balance in the extension.
Is Pro unlimited?
No. Pro includes 2,000 credits every month, about 166 hours of video. Your credits reset on the same day each month, and unused credits don't carry over.
What happens when my free credits run out?
Videos already in your library still open, and you can still search your library. To analyse new videos, ask questions or analyse comments, upgrade to Pro.
Who processes my payment?
Payments are handled securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number. Customers outside the UK and US buy from our merchant-of-record partner, which is named at checkout and handles local tax.
